Each year the catch performance and coverage patterns of movement detectors are improved. Today's movement detectors offer significantly increased performance and higher resistance to false alarms. Exisitng detectors can easily be upgraded to new units. Pet Immune Detectors
Do you have pets? Do you have to restrict your pets to certain areas so as not to trigger the alarm or are you not setting your alarm system because of your pets? Pet Immune movement detectors are now available, meaning that you can allow your pets to have the free run of your property without affecting your alarm system. Existing detectors can be easily upgraded to new units. Speech / Text Diallers
For customers with audible only (bells only) systems, these units represent a cost effective way of improving security. The unit is connected to your existing main control panel and then in turn to your telephone line (you do not need a dedicated line). Up to 10 telephone numbers can be programmed into the unit (dependant on model) and in the event of the alarm system activating, the unit will begin to dial the numbers. The unit can be programmed to either send a text message or a recorded message to the programmed telephone number so as to advise the recipient that the alarm system has activated. Dependant on your model of control panel, the unit can be programmed to transmit intruder, fire and personal attack signals so that the recipient is aware of the type of alarm that has been generated. Monitored Systems
An alternative to speech/text diallers is a fully monitored system connected to our alarm receiving centre (ARC) via your telephone line (you do not need a dedicated line). In the event of your alarm system activating, signals are sent to our ARC who in turn notify your keyholders, police or the fire brigade, dependant on the type of signal received. Generally your existing control panel would need to be upgraded to allow your system to connect to our ARC.
